I ordered the wrong products, can I edit my order?

Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, you are not able to edit the order. The best option is to contact us to cancel your order and place another order with the products you originally wanted.

Where is my order?

All orders have a tracking number emailed when they are shipped. To best locate your order, check the tracking history located on the order's tracking number page.

If you cannot locate your tracking number, you may locate it via the order status page on your account. If you did not create an account when checking out, you may visit  this page to track your order. Just have your order number and email available.

 

I did not receive the correct items-order

If you believe you did not receive what you had ordered, please contact us [info@pricepointny.com] with images of the items you did receive, and a staff member with get back into contact with you to rectify the order problem.

 

When will my order be shipped?

The shipping window for orders are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST.

All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any order placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed Monday.

All orders are shipped during the evening and therefore the day of shipment is not eligible to be included in the shipping delivery time frame.

 

I placed an order with the wrong shipping information, how can I change it?

To update your shipping address for an order to the correct address, please send an email or contact us with the correct shipping address. Please include your order number so that we can quickly change it prior to it being shipped out.

 

My package was delivered, but I did not receive it.
